I have made lots of changes to both how I think and view my coaching, but also practical changes. I can see how much this is helping me to relax and grow into the best coach I can be.

PCC, CPCC
For me, supervision is even more powerful than coaching right now, because it offers me the space to have a coaching-style experience blended with mentoring and advice for personal, professional and business development. I also really value the space to explore what it means to be a professional and ethical coach.

One of the key outcomes of our sessions has been an increased awareness and consciousness of recurring patterns in my work. This awareness has empowered me to notice these patterns as they emerge and to choose my actions more deliberately over time.
As a result, I feel more equipped to respond effectively to complex situations with clients, including those I previously found challenging. This shift not only enhances my effectiveness but also ensures I bring more intentionality and alignment to my coaching practice.

Working with Joanna has been a deeply enriching experience. I brought challenging team coaching situations to our supervision practice, and Joanna helped me uncover new perspectives that often surprised me. Her guidance opened entirely new avenues for growth and development.
Joanna’s presence is both light and playful, yet she maintains a laser-sharp focus on learning, growth, and the edges of development. She has a remarkable ability to hold space for exploration while ensuring that the learning is tangible and impactful.

My time with you is always something I look forward to and I can guarantee I’m going to leave with some new awareness, perspective or a new tool that’s going to help me to raise and enrich my game. I love that I can come to you with ethical or client challenges, or equally to brainstorm my own personal or business development. It feels like you’re someone in my corner and I really appreciate your insights, enquiry and support!

Thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. You set out the offering clearly and professionally. You very quickly made me feel at ease each time we met. The sessions were so helpful for me in tackling everything and anything that comes up for me during my coaching. You held the space so beautifully always listening and reflecting back to me in such a helpful, positive way. You challenged me as well but without it feeling like you were challenging me!
